Hotel policy

   The event will do its best to meet the needs of the officials with the information we have. Keeping this in mind, many of our events are in a tourist area therefore hotels do not provide a discount for lodging. This increases lodging costs exponentially. Every effort is made to accommodate all requests, however, there are times requests for Hotel by those within 50 miles of the complex will be on an as available basis and not guaranteed.

Referees utilizing tournament hotels need to have unlimited availability for the duration of the tournament and work a minimum of 6 games to qualify for lodging. For this reason, the assignor reserves the right to override and availability limitations to accommodate the needs of the event scheduling.

Referees wishing not to share a room can do so at a cost of 50% of the hotel cost ONLY if rooms are available.

Hotel requests need to be done at least 10 days prior to the event so plan accordingly. 

For an exception call the assignor.

Place a note in your availability "Hotel FSS" or "Hotel SS" 

If you have a roommate preference “FSS w/ Bob”

NOTE - Officials that do not check in on the designated check in date may forfeit their travel stipend and may be responsible for any hotel charges due.
