Pre Game - If you have any issues or your game is starting late inform the assignor before game start.
- Each team will provide
- Team Roster – US Club, State or Event Rosters are all acceptable.
- Printed and laminated Passes for
Game Card
- Team Check in make sure you verify Players / Coaches / Managers passes with roster. If you have any issues call the assignor asap.
- Verify the Game Card against your schedule each manager with provide one.
- Make sure the card has the correct

- Teams
Field Check – If you have any issues call the assignor asap.
- Check Goals are secure
- Nets are free from holes
During Game
- Use the laws of the game to justify calls.
- Remember our job is to deflate not escalate.
- Center officials look out for your Assistant Referees
- Entire referee crew documents the goals scored during the match.
Post Game
- Entire referee crew verifies and signs the game card.
- Within 5 minutes of game ending - Center Referee sends picture of signed game card to the number provided.
- Tournament Director will confirm receipt. Do not leave the field without confirmation.
- If there is no confirmation call assignor immediately.

- USSF Referee Reports are required for all

- USSF Referee Reports must be completed prior to leaving the fields each day without exception.
- Offsite Dismissals - send a picture of the player pass of any dismissed player to me immediately after the game.
